doggyspeak's Terms of Service

My works are digital goods the commissioner holds limited rights to. These works are not to be used as tokens, game assets, commercial material, or merchandise without my permission. Breaking these terms may result in a ban from future commissions or even legal action.

By purchasing my artwork as a commission, the client is responsible for the following:
• when featured in any way, provide credit for the commission in an adjacent area to the picture or a dedicated credit space connected to their account (typically a "bio", "about me", "description", or "information" section connected to their profile should the image feature somewhere in the body of their own work, be it blog, video content, gallery, or aggrigate webpage)
• ask my permission as the artist before using the image in any commercial format, including but not limited to tokens, game assets, branding, and merchandise. Additional fees may apply.

I will not serve customers who are excessively rude to me or I catch them holding outwardly racist, transphobic, exclusionary, ableist, or otherwise hateful behavior.
I have the right to refuse a commission for any reason I see fit, and I am not obligated to reveal that reason.
